Profile details, trade licences and certifications, job history and applications, messages sent through the app, and basic device and usage information. We don't collect or store payment details for jobs, since job payments are arranged directly between users outside the app.
2. How we use it
To match you with relevant jobs or subcontractors, verify your credentials, operate your subscription, communicate with you about your account, and keep the platform safe.
3. Location data
If you enable location sharing, we use it to show nearby jobs or workers. You can turn this off any time in your device settings.
4. Subscription payments
Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google through your device's app store, not by us. We don't receive or store your card details — we only receive confirmation that a subscription is active and basic transaction information needed for support and accounting.
5. Sharing your information
We share the profile details you've made public with other users, so businesses and subcontractors can find and evaluate each other. We don't sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after deletion as required by law or to resolve disputes.
8. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time from Account Settings, or by contacting us.
9. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, including cloud hosting and app store platforms, may store or process information outside Australia.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll let you know about significant changes before they take effect.
